Dolphin SVN r5899 is released.Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to
run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator.It
has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. OpenCL is enabled in
this build.

Slightly cleanup of mmap(2) flags:

Move MAP_32BIT to MemoryUtil.h.
MAP_VARIABLE is simply the absence of MAP_FIXED.
Replace MAP_ANONYMOUS with the more traditional MAP_ANON - Linux is
compatible.
