DeSmuME SVN r3421 is released. DeSmuME is a freeware emulator for the
Nintendo DS(NDS).

DeSmuME SVN Changelog:
r3420
core: fix overflow in matrices, NDS using only 24 bits for fixed-point
numbers (fixed minigame with carrot :) and dialogs with star in
"M&L Bowser Inside Story");
tools: add matrix stack test;
r3421
rasterize: fix fog densities > 127
