DeSmuME SVN r2861 is released.DeSmuME is a freeware emulator for the Nintendo
DS(NDS).

- Allows to view all the registers, the registers of a certain category, or

- Implements the registers that were implemented in the old I/O reg viewer,
so there's no loss
