Degap v1.14 is released. Degap is a emulator for sega master system and game
gear which uses SDL.



Degap v1.14 Changelog:
- degap(DEGA portable, no x86 parts)
- removed doze engine, using MAME 0.141s
- keymap file
- first work on light phaser support(only cursor work)
- minor improvements
