CycloDS Evolution Firmware v1.5 BETA 2 - 改機

v1.5 beta 2：

* Position of text reader is now preserved after power off
* Ingame text reader scrolling has been made faster
* Random skins are now working again
* Some special characters now supported in the in game text reader
* GBA saves directory can now be specified in config.xml
* Fixed bug preventing ingame menu from using the correct language
* Game compatibility fix (2472)
