– Improved calculation of client packets processing time to account for
dedicated server systems where clock can jump backwards.

看起來是改善用戶端的封包處理計算(針對社群SV)，但不太懂後面的jump backwards
是指什麼

– Optimized client-side processing when kills are scored with StatTrak weapons.

針對用戶端對於StatTrak殺人計數的處理最佳化
