cIOSXrev20 released - 改機

本次最大的差異是新增了一大堆的IOS base
以及可以自由選擇slot安裝(但應該是除了hermes和254以外)

不過對一般使用者來說，依然不建議升級
因為大多數的loader還是在hermes v4還有waninkoko rev17上的相容性最好

USB Loader GX來說，曾經有某幾版支援hermes v5和waninkoko rev19
但是因為不穩定後來又被回溯了

另外，因為rev20出了之後馬上就發現installer的bug，在某些機器無法安裝
所以請大家下載的時候要找rev20b的版本
所以又出了rev20b，目前外面流傳的以20為主，20b還末更新
