Cash out 造成手牌消失? - 撲克牌

有個問題想請教大家~

現在pokerstars有Cash out功能, 我個人是從不 cash out

但只要有人 cash out, 那一手牌常常會消失在 HM2 的手牌紀錄裡.

想請問大家如何解決這個問題?
