Windows (Visual C++ compiled)

Requirements:

OutRun Revision B ROMs. They must be named correctly and placed in the roms
subdirectory.
You can optionally add the Japanese roms for additional courses (found in the
outruno set). I would recommend running Cannonball from the console to see
any error messages.

內有工具，先把ROM解壓縮到in，按run完成後，再從out資料
夾取出修改後的檔案
