bsnes v0.072 - 模擬器

bsnes v072: there's no need to upgrade if you already have v071. This update
just fixes some minor things and fixes Qt compilation on Windows.

snespurify v02: this is a complete rewrite, turning it into a GUI-based tool.
snespurify is a tool to assist with using the bsnes/phoenix binaries. It will
fix file extensions, remove copier headers, and create UPS patches from IPS
patches. Give it a folder name, and it will clean up your ROM collection.
upset v03: this fixes the same small UPS library bug. Given that upset is
only meant to be used for patching, I would advise you to upgrade.
