因為我用debit 卡也過不了 所以我寫信問了一下
prepaid debit卡怎麼不能用
不過他就回我說 我們這區不給刷 (沒回答到我已經換歪國卡刷的問題)
請問用prepaid visa刷過的人 你的資料是寫國外嗎??
