我的理解是你可以先蓋一個普通的鐵路(擋住其他玩家去路)，
如果其他玩家也想要共享，他那邊的鐵路要自己蓋？可是延長別人鐵路是不合法的。

Building Track: it legal to make another player's track unfinishable

Since you are limited to the supplied mix of tiles, and since towns can have
at most 4 tracks, etc, there are various ways that clever tactical tile play
can screw another player and make their incompleted track unable to be
further extended. This is intentional and legal.

雖然他一開始舉的例子和本例無關，但我覺得 etc 以後的句子是適用各種狀況的。



問題二，單線鐵路+城鎮的版塊至少有兩個用途

1.你拉鐵路到一個新的小鎮，並準備城市化它。
2.遊戲最後階段為了花錢賺分數拉鐵路到乏人問津的小鎮。
