Undocumented Changes in Patch 7.3.2

You can now get Living Infernal Core through Personal Loot from Looking for
Raid Gul'dan despite not showing up in the dungeon journal.
Previously people were reporting that it was not dropping at all through
Personal Loot even on Normal and Heroic difficulties, but only through Group
Loot or Master Loot.
We can assume that this might have been fixed, but for further updates
please check Nightswifty's post.
