3DS弄丟的帳號相關事宜? - 任天堂

相信各位都知道任天堂的帳號制度有多智障
去年10月我日版3DS不見了，因為看到帳號綁3DS就想乾脆退坑好了
但是我發現我無法忍受略過一個世代的PM不碰……
雖然明年會有NS新作，但感覺跟日月不會有關
所以在考慮重新入手3DS，
但是那個帳號是跟主機綁在一起的，
重辦一個的話感覺到時候要傳怪到NS會變很麻煩
想說寫個信問問看，
但是日文官網注明「只接受日文信件」
港任臉書好像根本沒在看Messenger……
所以我想問一下，這種時候有甚麼手段可以討回帳號?
像是有沒有人寫過遺失3DS的標準信件格式之類的
P.S.下載紀錄沒了就算了，我大概也懶得重玩
