360開機後進入主畫面的時間變長 - XBOX

不知道是不是更新的關係?
這一兩個月開始，主機打開到出現主畫面的時間似乎變長了...
就會看到兩個圈圈在那邊轉啊轉阿一陣子
記得一前進入主畫面的時間還蠻快的阿，大概10秒內就可以了
現在幾乎都要拖到30秒以上...
玩遊戲都蠻正常的，除了非常爾偶會小當機一下
還是說這個是主機快要掛點的前兆 囧 (雖然說薄機應該沒有所謂"三紅")
請問這個狀態是正常的嗎???
