若無特別強調，排行是以銷售金額計算。
Take-Two旗下公司遊戲(如GTA V、RDR2與NBA 2K21等)數位版銷售數據未被納入統計。
NPD預計在台灣的11月13日公布10月美國遊戲銷售排行。

《漫威復仇者聯盟》是9月銷售冠軍，首月銷售金額是美國史上超級英雄遊戲第2名，排在《
漫威蜘蛛人》之後。

《超級瑪利歐3D收藏輯》是9月銷售亞軍，實體版首月銷售金額不僅是2020年發售遊戲第2名
(位於《集合啦！動物森友會》之後)，也是美國史上任天堂發行之遊戲第6名。

《Tony Hawk 滑板高手 1+2》首月銷售金額超越2004年10月發售的《滑板高手 地下競技 2
》，成為系列史上最高。

《十字軍之王3》以僅單月銷售成績，成為系列最暢銷作品。此外，亦是Paradox發行的首月
銷售金額最高遊戲。

儘管其他主機銷售衰退，但靠著Switch，遊戲機銷售仍較去年同期成長15%。無論在銷量或
銷售金額上，Switch都是9月最暢銷主機。此外，自2018年12月起，Switch已連續22個月拿
下單月最暢銷主機。

手把、耳機/耳麥的銷售刷新了9月及同年迄今的紀錄。

Xbox Elite 無線控制器Series 2是9月與2020年迄今最暢銷週邊。
