新增修正和更新項目：
1. 與普隆德拉NPC盧恩銷售員購買盧恩石超過負重但是會扣錢之問題。
2. 加入公會並肩贏好禮活動。
仙境傳說Online帳號實名認證說明：
GNJOY平台新增實名認證機制，未來所要新創的RO遊戲帳號，其GNJOY平台必需審核通過在
平台上的實名認證機制，2016年9月13日9點之前註冊且已有回填個人資料的帳號目前暫不
受此限制，詳細資訊請閱讀此公告。
遊戲管理規章修改公告：
為了配合實名驗證機制上線，遊戲管理規章也一併進行調整，調整內容請閱讀此公告。
