有點不懂問一下。
是不是指one轉賣場不用等三個月，
可以直接轉到美國賣場下載遊戲，然後馬上又轉回台灣下另一個？

如果是這樣的話，那外國人如果也知道這個消息，同樣也可以轉到
台灣來下載遊戲後，再馬上轉回去。

是這樣嗎？
