關於dredge的規則 - 魔法風雲會

　　想請問一個關於Dredge的問題

假設我墳場上有兩張Darkblast
Target creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn.
Dredge 3 (If you would draw a card, instead you may put exactly three cards
from the top of your library into your graveyard. If you do, return this card
from your graveyard to your hand. Otherwise, draw a card.)

然後我使用Concentrate
Draw three cards.

請問我的兩張Darkblast都可以使用嗎？　還是只能使用其中一張？
如果可以同時使用，是否有先後次序？　從牌庫移到墳場的六張牌是同時移，
還是分成兩次各移三張？

結界靈氣這個名詞出現後，是不是表示以前的生物結界也全都是靈氣阿？
