關於組合牌 - 撲克牌

請問一下
hole cards是不是可以用任一張甚至是0張去跟community cards搭配?
那如果出現下面這種情況:
community cards: K,K,K,10,10
hole cards:
PLAYER1: 紅心A,9
PLAYER2: 方塊A,8

所以最後是比大家手中最大的牌嗎?

那winner是PLAYER1?
那假設PLAYER2是8一對的話就是PLAYER2贏嗎?
