We've been seeing reports from users reporting they're seeing delays of
several seconds sometimes when opening their Inventory, Skills list, Friends
List, Paragon Points screen, etc...
We'd like to collect a little info from users experiencing this.
If you're having this particular problem, could you please list:
The ISP you're using
The geographical area you're playing from
Whether you're in a Clan or not
How long roughly that you've been experiencing it
Are you running a Rift when it happens?
Are you in a multiplayer game or playing solo?
