You check immediately after blockers are declared to see what should
trigger, and at that point, the Gorger already has an ability and thus
not +2/+2. Gorger gets blown up by No Quarter.

檢查阻擋觸發異能仍然是在「阻擋者宣告完成後的一瞬間」來判斷。
這時後Vastwood Gorger是5/6繫命生物，力量比救濟獸小，
所以No Quarter會觸發一個叫做「消滅Vastwood Gorger」的異能。
