如何用HBC移除雙頻？ - 改機

我已經從下述網站將我的Wii裝好HBC了，

我想要移除Wii裡面重復的頻道，所以我去

抓了Wii Duplicated Channel Remover v2.1，解壓縮完有兩個檔案，如下：
wii-dcr_v2.1_JAP wii-dcr_v2.1_JAP
根據Wii Duplicated Channel Remover v2.0 http://tinyurl.com/4kygcs的說法
「ELF: Just load the ELF of your Wii region with the Twilight Hack.」
似乎可以用HBC移雙頻？但是我不清楚要怎麼做，不知道有哪位高手可以教一下嗎？謝謝。
